This Terms of Use outlines how to handle services and products provided by Astrik and any websites owned and operated by Astrik. It does not apply to companies or entities not controlled or owned by Astrik or to individuals who are not employed by or under the management of Astrik. This document does not cover third-party services, products, or websites linked to Astrik’s platform, including those bound by contractual agreements but not owned by Astrik.
If you wish to file a complaint with Astrik, we will work with you to reach a mutually agreeable solution. If an issue cannot be resolved through discussion, you may file a formal claim. However, we encourage you to contact us before proceeding with any formal action, as complaints should only be submitted when all other resolution efforts have been exhausted. We aim to provide satisfactory solutions whenever possible.
We manage each project professionally, ensuring that clients receive what is agreed upon in the proposal's terms and conditions. Refund claims will be assessed following our outlined process in case of a dispute. Considering our Terms of Use, this schedule details each service and its corresponding refund policy.
If the project has not been initiated, Astrik will offer a full refund. An agreement is created for every application development project. In cases without formal agreement or terms, the following delivery policy will apply: Astrik may provide a partial refund if the project is not completed as per the contract. The amount refunded will be based on the portion of the project completed, while the incomplete portion will be treated according to the agreed-upon project scope.
Astrik provides a full refund if there is any delay in starting a project by any assigned resource, including developers, designers, or SEO experts. If the client decides to cancel the project at any stage, a proportionate refund will be issued based on the work completed. No refund will be provided for work that has already been completed. If the client is dissatisfied, they must promptly notify the Project Manager to discuss any issues. Requests for adjustments will not be entertained at a later date.

Timely Payments: A project will not be considered void if payments as agreed upon are unclear or delayed.
Client Communication: Astrik is not bound by these Terms of Use unless the client provides timely information. Astrik is not responsible for delays or project failures caused by miscommunication or lack of communication from the client.
Complete Information: Astrik’s delivery and refund obligations are void if the client fails to provide full project details. Delays will only be compensated if stipulated under a special agreement or penalty clause for late delivery.
Astrik's liability is limited to the value of the incomplete portion of the project, as defined in Astrik’s proposal. Astrik is not responsible for any losses arising from delivered, not delivered, or delayed services. Refunds will only be considered if the client cancels the project and provides written notice. Astrik's obligation to refund will be based on the portion of the project not completed at the time of cancellation, and any refunds will be processed according to the terms of the cancellation policy.
Astrik will process refunds within five business days from the date of cancellation. The refund will be issued using the same method as the original payment (e.g., credit card, check).
