About The Role
Are you a proactive digital expert with a knack for building positive brand images? We're hiring an Online Reputation Manager (ORM) to elevate our online presence and ensure our brand stands out!
Responsibilities:
- Create and manage Google My Business profiles to enhance our local visibility
- Develop and execute guest posting strategies to expand our digital footprint
- Monitor and address negative reviews across platforms, turning feedback into opportunities for improvement
- Boost our online reputation through strategic content and review management
- Post and manage reviews on platforms like Trustpilot, Yelp, Sitejabber, and others
- Track, analyze, and report on reputation management performance using analytics tools
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align ORM strategies with broader branding initiatives
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging ORM techniques
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in Online Reputation Management, Digital Marketing, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Google My Business, review sites, and guest posting
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to think critically and solve problems quickly
- Experience with reputation monitoring and analytics tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
