Senior Software Engineer – IFRS9, ECL, EIR Models & AI Development

Astrik is hiring a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with 6–8 years of experience to join our financial technology team. This is a full-time opportunity for a tech-savvy individual with expertise in IFRS9 ECL, EIR modeling, and AI/ML development. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in financial systems, model integration, data engineering, and scalable architecture.

About the Role:

As the Senior Software Engineer, you will:

• Design and implement financial systems aligned with IFRS9 ECL and EIR frameworks.
• Collaborate with finance and data science teams to embed AI/ML models into credit risk workflows.
• Build robust APIs and microservices using .NET Core and Node.js.
• Develop dashboards and analytics tools using Angular or React.
• Handle structured/unstructured data with MS SQL Server and MongoDB.
• Develop and maintain large-scale ETL pipelines and model deployment workflows.
• Support DevOps/MLOps practices including model monitoring, versioning, and cloud deployment.

Requirements:

• 6–8 years of experience in software engineering, preferably in fintech or banking.
• In-depth knowledge of IFRS9, ECL, and EIR implementation.
• Proficient in C# (.NET Core), Node.js, Angular/React, and Python for AI development.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning, model deployment, and data pipelines.
• Strong understanding of DevOps, MLOps, and cloud-based services (Azure/AWS).
